Cleaning for our clients during the summer is normally a little bit easier because there is no leaves, salt, or mud being tracked into the building as with the other seasons. Typically, our cleaning may include more web-busting around doors and windows. Sometimes there can be more dust from open windows. In any case, we are there to help keep up appearances and make not only your customers happy, but your employees as well. Whatever the client wants us to focus on, that's what we'll do. Post-construction cleaning requires a great deal of preparation and stamina. Many times post-construction requires a crew and up to 8 hours time to complete and can even go 2 days or more depending on the size of the project. Final clean up normally requires dusting, shop vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down everything...including walls. Restrooms require detailed cleaning. All mirrors and windows, inside and out, need cleaning. Sometimes wraps on stainless steel appliances need removal and then those appliances need wiping as well.
